Large Event Fee (>50 Guests)

Covers large events such as a backyard wedding with less than 50 guests in addition to guests listed on your reservation. Events larger than 50 guests are NOT permitted. The Hudson Homestead is not an event venue and we do not offer event services, all coordination, furniture, setup, takedown and cleanup is the responsibility of the Guest. Event guests are not permitted to stay overnight unless previously added. Please be advised that unauthorized events will lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund, in addition to a $500 penalty fee.
